Learn More About Our Delivery Charges
- Delivery is only available within Peninsular Malaysia.
- Every item(s) delivery lead time is set within 30 working days from purchasing date.
- Delivery time will be decided and notified by Mutiara Jati before delivery.
- For self-pick up option please contact our support team to set the time and to confirm the branch location selected as pick up point.
- Free delivery is only applicable for each purchase that starts from RM2000 and above in one receipt.
- For each purchase that is below RM2000 in one receipt – flat rate charges will be applied as per schedule.
ATTENTION
- However due to the precautionary measurements to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 by the government, the delivery time might be extended.
- Delivery will resume and be notified by us once the suspended public activities stop.

Please remember that it is your responsibility to check that your item(s) will fit through doors, staircases and lifts in their packaging before you place your order. You can find measurements for all of our products here on the website.
Installation
- Assembly and installation is included for every delivery that has been made by Mutiara Jati’s delivery team.
- Disposal of old furniture is not included in any circumstances.
- Delivery order will be issued once both party have reach a mutual agreement on the condition of the item(s).
Extra Charges
- Standard delivery charges are only applicable to ground/first level/levels with lift access.
- For delivery to levels with NO LIFT ACCESS, extra man power charge of (RM20/floor) will be applied.
