WARRANTY
Limited warranty which up to 7 years is applied on selected Mutiara Jati’s products. All goods sold in Malaysia come with warranty that cannot be excluded under The Malaysia’s Consumer Protection Act 1999.

The 7-year warranty is warranted against structural defects of “Wooden Frames only” and it “Does Not Include” the following: –
- Damage caused by general wear and tear, wear against abrasive surfaces such as rough seas, non-cycle specific clothing or under-saddle fenders.
- Damage caused by UV (Sunlight or other natural phenomena), Fire, Bleach, Colored Materials or Bicycle Cleaners.
- Rips, Burns, Tears and Damages due to accident, normal wear and tear, improper care, miss-use, or the natural breakdown of colors, finishes and materials over time.
- Scratches or damage due to cuts or pets.
- Spills of acid, dyes, chemical, ink, paint, perfume or lotion.
- Defects in products resulting from negligence, misuse and tampering.
- Improper storage exposure to excessive moisture, dampness, temperature or other environmental conditions.
- Damaged caused by improper repair, adjustments or lack of maintenance.
- Proof of purchase is not presented.
- Repaired or alteration by other party without prior consent from our company.
- Improper cleaning and treating with chemical.
- The limited warranty does not cover the upholstery cover materials.
- The limited warranty does not cover transportation charges.
- The original purchaser must report in writing to the retailer where purchase was made immediately if defects is found and attach the receipt of the purchase.
- Discounted product that is more than 40%, it is not entitle for any warranty claim.
