At mutiarajati.com, your satisfaction is our first priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. But in the event, you received faulty item, simply follow the instructions below:

Firstly, we extend our apology if the products received was damaged.

1. Please reach us using the “contact us form” or email us at [email protected].
2. Replacement must be informed within 1 day after receiving.
3. NO REFUND. However customer is entitled to exchange for item(s) that is of equivalent value.
4. Customer needs to attach a picture(s) and a brief explanation of the faulty item(s).

ORDER CANCELLATION

• All Sales are Final.
• No refund on any defective item(s). However, we offer new replacement/equivalent value.
• No refund on situations such as: change of mind, doesn’t match or just don’t like the item(s), etc.
• Order(s) cannot be cancelled once it is completed.
